Soyo KT400 Dragon Ultra black edition do i have the right one???

i just got all new parts 2 days ago and been try to get it to work.

this is what i got:
Motherborad - Soyo KT400 Dragon Ultra Black edition
Chip - AMD Athlon XP2500+ Barton 512K L2 Cache
Video card- Sapphire Radeon 9700 128 MB DDR OEM
RAM- Kingmax 512MB DDR400

i got running and its only running at 1800+ it should run at 2500+ i don't know if this mobo supports this chip set or it does and i just need BIOS help then.

been haveing in game crashes and video card not working very well and am not RAM is working ether.

and the video card i have is it fake or should i get a new one. its (non - pro)
