bs61m mobo and bios

I have an bs61m mobo with an award v4.51pg bios 1-14 2000.

In the bios there are (2) settings in chipset features:

cpuhost/sdram clock

cpu clock ratio jumpless

May these settings be used to overclock?

Is cpu host/sdram clock related to fsb?

Am i in the right forum for these questions?:confused:

Try bumping the host clock up about 10%.
