BipolarBill 04-20-2003, 01:44 PM Use File > Export. Export as a PST file, set up Outlook on the other PC and then import the file there. Now set up Outlook Express and you will be prompted to import from Outlook. I tell you something though, wasn't too happy about all the emails I lost... BipolarBill 04-21-2003, 08:12 AM You're supposed to choose the items to export (e-mail, contacts, etc.) and then choose the type of file to back up to. If you miss a step, you won't get it all. What I normally do is copy the entire OUTLOOK.PST file from the original PC too and simply copy it over the new one that's created. Don't forget to check the "Folder View" in Outlook to see if the old data was imported to a different Personal Folder. Sterling_Aug 04-21-2003, 12:39 PM I just copy the hidden folder and get all of my emails and folders. GJGJR12 04-21-2003, 03:11 PM what hidden folder? more specific please BipolarBill 04-21-2003, 03:38 PM He means the Application Data folder. SysOpt.com
