I am trying to flash a BCM GT440ZX mobo, but I am receiving insufficient memory errors in the flash program it self. I have tried hitting shift and F5 during boot up to give me some more memory, but it had no change. I am really stuck. Please help!

Boot off a floppy disk. Download and run this (http://www.swipeonline.net/download/drdflash.exe) program, making sure you've got a blank floppy ready. Copy your flash program and BIOS image to the disk and reboot. Once you get to the command prompt you can execute the flash program :)
