Greetings All! I had a faulty microsoft product that I was trying to replace with the warranty but could not find a free customer support number for microsoft- cheapest was $30. I posted on a micro message board my prob and frustration. Was emailed from a micro mod a FREE microsoft replacement and exchange number. I called Tues morning, an actual human answered almost immediately, and new product on way (gave purchase info and p/n #). I know I am not unique to this situation, SO- WRITE THIS NUMBER DOWN: 1-800-360-7561. It doesnt seem to be a highly "broadcasted" number (atleast i couldnt find it). Hope this helps to alleviate future frustration and save money.
