hi i was wondering if 133mhz ram was backwards compatible with 66mhz ram or not...i want to buy the 133mhz so when i upgrade wont have to buy new ram.

Yep, PC-133 can be used with PC-66... Just keep in mind that the PC-133 will run at 66Mhz...

assuming it is 168 pin and will physically fit then yes it is fine! it is just like underclocking your ram

You can also force your RAM to operate @133 MHz, if you have this setting in BIOS. I had PC66 working fine with PC133 stick in Gigabyte 7ZX, both @133 MHz
