May seem like a daft question, but how do you get into your video cards bios...? When turnig on PC vidoe bios details pop up first the quicky disapear.

You don't "get into BIOS". BIOS is a program that prepares and runs the basic I/O system.
You can enter its configuration menus ... but VGA BIOSes traditionally do not have one.
