which have the best o/c ability and best reliability. @new egg the retail is cheaper then oem. so i was going to get retail but i figure their might be a reason based on demand that the oem is cheaper. so i figured i would ask here about it.

They are both the same cpu, retail just means in comes in a pretty box and a HS/F. OEM doens't come with a pretty box or a HS/F:t

If your overclockign your probably best going OEM and getting a fairl decent HSF rather than the usually pretty crappy ones bundled in retail boxes.
Its unusual that the retail shoudl be cheaper, usually OEM's are

It used to be with athlons that retail had a 3 year AMD warranty, oem was whatever the retailer offered, 1 month to 1 year. Maybe that has changed.
