WinXP time travel

I've got a very interesting (and perplexing) problem at the minute... Although my BIOS is keeping track of the date, Windows XP isn't. Every so often it travels back to January 2003, but remembers the time fine. I've gone in BIOS setup after this has happened and the date there is correct :confused: Anyone know what's going on? This is on a Gigabyte GA-7DXE mobo/XP1700+ and WinXP Pro SP1.

Sounds like the beginning of a virus. I would scan it well before making anymore changes. Good Luck.

If this started happening after installing sp1 you could try more updates or uninstalling it or system restore to a time when it was working rite.
