So after you reply to a thread and are brought back to that thread, you can't see your posts? What about after waiting a few seconds and hitting refresh?

If you guys can still see my new replies, please email everything to me because I tho't have thought it was the page not refreshing but it isn't. Socalgal, I see that the last post in the threads are yours, can you email me too.1!!!

Thanks a bunch.. (I still can see a thing so I hope that you get this message so I don't have to start a new thread..!!)

Please don't start another thread unless the administration asks you to for testing purposes. If your problem hasn't been resolved, post a reply in one of your existing threads, we'll be able to see it...even if you can't.

Socal's message: "YGM" = You Got Mail = She has emailed you.

Hey Socal:

Nope. All the things you suggested didn't work (I had alreadt tried them but I did them again just in case). I will try other forums to see if it is my ISP or something. Any other suggestions Email me. Also , I'm using IE. I'll try netscape and tell you.!

deatheagle, I've sent you two emails; one you should have, another on the way.

Do not start a new thread; we are checking on what could be the problem. Thanks.

Unfortunately, we can't figure out how you can see others replies but not see your own replies.

Is ANYONE else having this problem?

deatheagle, the only thing we can come up with is that perhaps the problem lies with your ISP; contact them and ask them to check if they are caching pages on their server and to flush them..

Also, post replies and testing in this thread; please don't start another thread or it will be locked.

You said you have Netscape; post a reply with Netscape here and post back if you cannot see your reply. If you can't, it probably most definitely your ISP caching pages - contact them.

NOPE.. It doesn't work from netscape 6. I don't know what it is. Notice that I cannot see what you are writing in this thread (but I could look at the contents of my other thread--not this one) but I know that you can..

I will try other forums.. and see..

Check it..l8tr !!

Now this is weird..!! Some minutes ago I replied and I couln't see a thing. I checked my mail, read it came back, and I see everything up until my last post on this thread. It has to be definitely my ISP because I think I'm the only one with this problem. But it is really weird. I'll keep testing in this post, don't worry, I won't open another thread.!!

Let us know what happens with the ISP - that is where your problem lies - 99.9% sure of that.

Edit for anyone else having this problem, per Scott:

"You should be able to ask your ISP to configure their servers not to cache
any pages from sysopt.com because our HTML pages are not static. They'll
probably do it."

Also, fyi I'm deleting the duplicate help replies, so don't become alarmed.

Thanks for keeping your testing in this thread.

Hey socal and scott:

Did you guys did something? It's finally working in both browsers!!! So it's not the ISP, then what was it? I have posted a couple of times and I can see the whole thread. I have also posted in other forums and they are working... so..

It's a mistery

Anyway if anything else happens, I'll tell you.!

If you actually read the html code in the pic you posted, it describes a tcp/ip error. I think it is either netscape6, your dial up settings or your isp. First step I would take is removing ns6, its just buggy. Then call your isp and have them walk you through dial up networking. Be sure to ask them if you use a proxy, and if you do, can you turn it off or use a different one.

Upon further investigation, it looks like you may actually have a very poor link between you and the sysopt site. Do you know how to do a "tracert"? Here is the message that netscape was trying to display:

Well, it seems that when my connection to the internet is slow, I get all of this sort of problems. I didn't even noticed that sometimes it was connecting to 14400. Can you believe that.???

Anyway, I'm at 50,666 now and haven't got any problems!

Whatever happens, I'll keep you posted.!

Hey golfcart and Muno, I like Netscape. I know it's buggy but IE locks sometimes in my system and the latest build of N6 hasn't ... yet!

Kind OT...lotta people here use Netscape because it's not distributed by MS (AOL is better? http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif) and/or it is "better". Personally, I haven't had that many probs with IE that haven't been caused by me....oh well, whatever works for you http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
