Hi.
I have a couple of huge .wav files which have multiple songs in them. There is a short silence in between the songs and I have the times of the silences. Do you know of any program that will automaticaly seperate these songs out?

On another note, I have MP3's all my albums and some of them have that stupid silence after the last song before a "secret, bonus" track (put it as another soddin track instead of screwing up random play  ). Does anyone know of a program that will remove the silence from these? I have tried several progs but they don't re-write the timing headers so screws everything up.

I would prefer for it to be done automatic. Anyone got a suggestion?

Cheers

Try PCDJ RED

If not then manual using Soundforge.

Think easy cd creator audio suite has this function built in.

What about Nero?

you know it sometimes amazes me what the software you already have installed can do. Unfortunately I don't think nero can help me this time :(

Try MP3 Trim and WAV Trim available here (http://www.logiccell.com/~mp3trim/)......................;)

I use it to shorten songs and such.
