I'm in the process of changing schools(Was going to ITT-TECH, god that was a mistake)This time I want to make sure Im getting into somthing worth my while. So I was wondering if some of you who might be in the IT feild paticularly networking, if you think this school is worth $25,000. Its a one year course which offers 13 certifications. Im not going to list em here because that would be pointless because you can view them on the webpage. If some of you could give some opinions I would appectiate it. Thanks

thats a lot of money for a course, mine cost NZ $7000 thats about US $2870, although I am also aware that fees for education are a lot different between the 2 countries. A course can give you certification, but nothing can beat experience.

That's a lot of topics to cover in one year! There are many people who take 6 months to get the MCSE alone. Since those are such different topics it would greatly help if you had a lot of practical experience with many of those.
If you could retain the majority of the classes and become certified it is probably money well spent. I think that would be hard to do though.

For 10 grand you could take the Sun Solaris course and learn Unix on the big boxes. I know a few people who make 150k+ supporting them. Any program that tries to teach you a little of everything is only going to get you an entry level job in a number of areas. But when you get the highest cert. in any area is when you can command the serious dollars. You could also go CCNA, CCNP, and then CCIE. With less than 6000 CCIE worldwide, I am sure you could find a decent job somewhere http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
