Is there a software to cooldown a videocard?

The old 16mb Vanta vc seem too hot even if there's the small fan & hs installed. I wonder if there is a software to cool it down (like Rain or CPUidle in CPUs)? Win 98SE.

Not AFAIK, the best you could probably do is try and get an overclocking utility for it (if there are any) and underclock it

That's what I also thought. Perhaps I have to check thoroughly the mobo jumpers for clock ratio. Will Sandra read the speed for AGP so that I know if its high? Isnt it 33 for PCI? What's for AGP?
