The old 16mb Vanta vc seem too hot even if there's the small fan & hs installed. I wonder if there is a software to cool it down (like Rain or CPUidle in CPUs)? Win 98SE.

Perhaps I have to check thoroughly the mobo jumpers for clock ratio. Will Sandra read the speed for AGP so that I know if its high? Isnt it 33 for PCI?
