need help w/ beos and pop3 email

ok i know that hotmail isnt pop3 but rather html, so does anyone know how i can check my hotmail account on beos w/out going to the website? i also have a mail.com account and i log on using pop3 but it wont accept my password even though its the right one.
any help would be nice, please
