Anyone know how to clear out some of the prosesses that aren't needed. I got something that keeps trying to dial my internet connection when I start the computer and others that interfer with applications. Have to shut them down manually. Used to have msconfig on 98 but can't find the way on win2k.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

There was a discussion on msconfig for Windows 2000 a few hours ago:

There's a program called StartupCPL, and you can also download the msconfig that came with WinXP. It will work in Windows 2000.

Thanks for the help. Looks like I may be able to get a handle on things now.
