Is there anyways to know the actual watts the power supply can support? It's by seeing it at the back of the casing?
It's 300 watts power supply enough for a athlon system with two harddisks and two cdrom?

Look on the AMD website (http://www.amd.com/) , if you're ever in doubt about things like that, always check the website. 300 Watts is what AMD recommended the last time I looked on the AMD website.
On the powersupply on this computer the rateing is on the side of the power supply box, I would have to take the side of the computer case off to read it.

Surrealchereal is right, the full details of the PS output is on the side of the box, inside the computer case.
As to your question, I'm running a 900 T-bird, 2 30Gb WD drives, DVDrom, CDRW, 4 USB devices, an overclocked Radeon vid card, and 8 cooling fans off my 300W PS with no problems. (Antec PP303)
