I finally couldn't resist any more, at Office max today they had 100 fuji cdr 48x for $8, 100 slim cases for $0 and a cendyne 48x12x48 (out of the box it was 48x24x48) for $20 all after rebate.
I've read that they use lite-on's in other posts and I have had good luck with them before. The model # is 4824p,( it just says atapi cdr drive on boot and in device manager) and I was wondering about the latest firmware for the drive and does anybody know where to look for it.
