masking or scrambling ip address

Hi everyone,

First time posting here :t

The site I frequent most records ip addresses. What I am looking to do is sign on the site anonymously by either masking or scrambling my isp address. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if it is, what software I need for it? :D

Sorry, but we also record the IP's and would not want you to try anythingillegal or anything.
