I can get it for like 65 dollars after rebate, but I'm not sure if its good. Does anyone know if this camara is any good?

It can hold many many images.
Thats about the only good points though. It needs very good lighting to work well.
Even though it does what its meant to do, your apt to be dissapointed in any hybrid-cam because you expect more of the digital camera part then the webcam part.
Now im wishing it had a flash and a LCD preview screen.
Course if i wanted that, Id have to shell out alot more.

This thing can hold at least 100 pix tho. Also it doesnt look quite as lame to carry around as the Intel hybrid-cam.

Its excellent for experimenting with, but dont expect it to replace a plain old photo camera w/ flash.

One cool thing it can do is make a small movie (max of 320x240) by you walking around with it. Thats something a conventional camera CANT do. However, its like 10fps. What can you expect out of a cheap cam tho?

Its great if your not expecting all that much.
