If a stick of noname PC133 64MB SDRAM has been in use for a year or so without any apparent problems, how high is the chance that it WILL develop such problems later, say in the next 2-3 years? In other words, is it safe to purchase used SDRAM modules if they have worked just fine for a while?

if its cheap you might as well get it, if it stops working no big deal
if it is expensive you should get new
edit: if it was me i would get it, my ram is pc100 64 mb sdram, and ive had it about 2 years and it seems fine, but its up to you and your budget in my opinion

go to http://www.pricewatch.com and compare the cost of the used to the cost of new. New RAM is dirt cheap!
