In outlook 2000 there was an option to share diarys is this possible in outlook XP if so how is it done?

Click to add a permission, and you can select from the exhisting address book. give that/those users the amount of access you want them to have. At least read access. The user that now has access must go to File Open, and open another users folder. In there, they want to select, or enter the user, and the folder they want to open, in this example, the diary.
