error comes up with needs CD1 in the tray - even tho it is,

i put the no cd crack in for this version and the very long error msg comes up - i update it and the same error msg comes up

That's not what he meant. He used a "crack" so that he doesn't have to load the CD each time he plays.

try a different cd crack, you can mainly find them at www.megagames.com

I wish that they made a good cd crack for Hitman2, I hate having to have the darn cd in my drive to just play it :mad:

1 - it is pirated cos i downloaded it from the net because my original one (that i leggaly bought) is scratched and damaged

2 - The crack is from megagames.com

hey i have a similar problem with my unreal 2 as well. i installed like 5 different no cd cracks (i hate to put in the cd every single time :mad: :p ) and my unreal 2 screen comes up and then it says initializing and then nothing.......it just goes back to the desktop :confused: . so i guess were sortof in the same boat.


BTW the crack from megagames.com doesn't work
