Any good ideas what I can try next!

Or recipe ideas for my "Love" Chorizo!!!!

They have a local bread product here thatīs made form corn, like a thick corn tortilla called AREPA. They grill chorizo, serve with arepa and lemon juice. The lemons here are very strong in flavor, like a lime and a lemon crossed. Delicious.

We actually have about 5 different kind of chorizo, the original from Spain and then other local adaptations. All good, I like chorizo with sunny side up eggs for breakfast.

You got to be careful of the chorizo her though.....the difference between a zoo in the US and a zoo in Colombia!!!

In the US the animal cage has a sign with a description of the animal, in Colombia it has a description of the animal with a RECIPE underneath.:D
