this really weird thing just started to happen to my computer yesterday. the problem is........ the whole screen just shifts slightly to the right/left and then returns this happens about every 10-20 seconds. is this a moniter problem? or could it be that my video card is gone bad?

moniter: ibm c72 (all drivers installed)
video card: powered by ATI radeon ve 64mb

other specs:
asus p4t-e
256 mb ram
40 gb HD
sb live 5.1

please help.

Check that the card is installed tight. Then check both ends of the bideo cable for the monitor. It sounds like a loose connection somewhere or else the monitor is wacking out.
