Dual Boot

hi i have xp installed and i would like to install win2000 pro on another disk partion. i have a 60gb maxtor hard drive split over 3 disks. win xp pro is installed on C:, D: is for games its the biggest partion, & i would like to install win2000 pro on E: how can i do this? and when i boot up the pc afterwars will it give me the option of what syatem to boot? thanks
