i have an assignemtn where i build a pc document it etc tec, for the o/s i have picked windows 2000 because XP is more expensive and nearly similar - i also know that its full of spy ware - i was wondering if any of you know a site where i can use to prove there is spy ware

Thre was something on http://www.theregister.co.uk/ the other day about a certain data packet that reports pretty much everything about your machine back to M$ when you run XP updates, have a poke around see if you can find it
