Port question.?

I've set my communications port(comm 1)to 115200 bits per sec.Ran Sandra standard,and sandra says it's at default setting,at 19200 bits per second.I'm still trying to improove my internet connection.If it's at 19200,my comp isn't working well with my modem right?Modem has options up to 115200 bits,if my port is only 19200,hmmmm....hope sandra's wrong.pls give your info thanks..

Hmmm, I had not thought to check this with Sandra, so I had to close my net connection to get Sandra to check com 3 where my modem is setup at. Sandra reports 115K on mine, so you may have a setup problem. I 'think' some PCI winmodems will not work with these settings, and Win may reset the actual baud rate.

Just thought I would let you know that Sandra apparently is reporting correctly.
