a) The fall of consoles is at hand, technology increases so rapidly that consoles become obsolete too fast

or

b) Consoles practically become PC's, with upgradability options.

PS3 in 2003 ain't going to happen. It would cost too much money. I say around 2005 when it will be released, maybe at the end of 2004. The same with the XBOX2. Since the XBOX2 will have a DVD burner in it, it will probably be the new blue ray, which can record HDTV, and if Bush wants his way, everyone in america will have HDTVs by 2006.
