Internal HDD to External

Ok, so I have a old internal 80 gig drive and i want to use it as an external for my new notebook. Is this possible? If so how would i go about the change????

As long as you use this drive strictly for storage, you can pick up a USB drive enclosure:

It's sorta big, but it works.

Remember that you cannot install an OS to a USB drive.
