It would help if you tell us which IBM model you have. Guessing IBM since you state IBM, but which one? :t srankin 03-06-2003, 09:02 PM keep getting beeps BipolarBill 03-06-2003, 09:19 PM If you're just getting beeps, you need to take it to a shop. Memory alone isn't going to fix this. Your hard drive may be shot and the CPU may have been cooked. We need the Aptiva model number at least. smily_03 03-09-2003, 12:06 AM ibm is awesome with keeping everything for their old systems. all you need is to find your machine type (go to http://www.pc.ibm.com/qtechinfo/MIGR-49QTT6.html for how to find this) and go to http://www-1.ibm.com/support/all_download_drivers.html (for drivers, etc) or http://www-1.ibm.com/support/search/pcsearch.html (for other things) browse around on the site, there's a wealth of resources; i was able to download the entire manual for my old PC330-P75 (machine type 6576-35F (they're all in that format)) SysOpt.com
