MSI KT3 Ultra Bio Setup Question

Hello,
I have built a machine with the following and
have trouble setting up BIO:
MSI KT3 Ultra ARU
Athlon XP 1800+ FSB set to 133MHz
512 DDR Ram at 333MHz PC2700
MSI Geforce3 with 128 DDR
Two 40G ATA 133 hooked up to onboard RAID

I am not sure what to setup the parameters
in order to gain performance??
1) Should I enable S.M.A.R.T for harddisk
default is off?
2) Should I set Ram Burst Length to 4QW or 8QW?
3) Should I enable 1T Command, default is 2T?
4) Should I enable AGP Fast Write, default is off?
5) What size should I set for AGP Aperture?
6) Should I enable PCI Dealy Transaction?
7) What should set in PCI Latency Timer,
Range from 32 to 248 at a 32 increment??
8) Should I enable PCI IDE BusMaster??
9) Should I turn on Spread Spectrum, default
is +/-0.25% ??

I have tried to load High Performance BIO
Defaults and the system become unstable?
I am very new in building a computer, and hope

3. Only if you have hot-rod expensive RAM. Don't try this with average RAM.

4. Set Fast Write

5. 256MB - half your RAM

6. Yes.

7. 32 is fine.

9. Leave it.

What you should to is set DRAM to "User" and then HCLK+33.

When I look at the Ram setting, there is also
a Fast Command Option allow me to set to
Ultra, Fast or Normal. I have a samsung DDR.
What should I set it to?
Also, in SDRAM Burst Length, I should set to
4QW. Is that correct?

Try Fast, but leave DRAM burst at 4QW.
