I have a SDRAM memory module, and for the life of me, I can't figure out what size it is, or if it is registered. Below are the numbers on the module, if you can help, please do so.

There are eight chips on the module, and each chip has the following markings:
Japan 0001
96 18 6991
HM5216805TT10

The module itself has a sticker on it with the following markings:
HB526A264EN-10
9626 XG0402D
Made In Japan
SDRAM 98164

Thanks for the help.

Ron

I`m not sure about the type but if you right click on "My Computer" and then left click on "properties" the next window will tell you what size it is...that is if you have it installed, if not...never mind.

I would be willing to bet its a 64 or 32meg unregistered pc100 dim made by kingston with hitachi chips. I could be way off base though.
