cant use drivers over 21.85

:confused: ihave a
1300 duron on an fis motherboard
384mb sdram pc100
60gb seagate barracuda iv
ge force 3 ti200 card
but i cant use any driver over 21.85 this came with my card on cd
i have new via 4in1 drivers installed vers. 445.
p.s i am getting an infinite loop message on blue screen and
windows starts to dump memory.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

It works with the 21.83 drivers, right? Leave 'em.
