Looks like a PC-Chips M748LMRT (if baby AT form factor) or M741LMRT (microATX), the latter aka ECS P6SET-ML (with an Award BIOS then rather than AMI).

THANKS FOR YOUR QUICK REPLY I THINK YOU ARE RIGHT. I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD A MANUAL FOR THIS BOARD FROM PCCHIPS SUPPORT SITE BY AJZ. BUT IT HAS CORRUPT FILES AND WON'T OPEN. IS THERE ANOTHER SITE I COULD FIND A MANUAL FOR IT?
