N82E16813131433 ? This one will have same CPU as above board, Ive narrowed it down to these two.
Also, is onboard video NOT good or is it ok. Only playing a few online games, nothing real intense..Quake III and Counterstrike maybe tho... also what about the NVIDIA nFORCE 220 Chipset, is it cool to have? Thanks

Out of those two, I'd go with the VIA chipset. That 333MHz FSB will allow you a better choice of CPUs should you wish to upgrade someday. The original nForce chipset wasn't all that great, but have you looked at the nForce2 chipsets? Consider the Epox 8RDA.

The original nForce chipset wasn't all that great

Actually, it outperformed the via chipsets according to the benchmarks. Still, I would reccomend the kt333.

I bought a nf2 to replace a via chipset so I would vote for the nf chipset on that basis alone, but sm8000 idea is a good one.

Prices and descriptions you give seem to come from Newegg, so I'd also suggest the Epox 8rda. It's only $88 at Newegg. If it's between those 2 only, then go ahead with the A7V333.
