Thanks for reading...

I have been asked to setup the company websites internally on a win2K server with Active directory that we are not using for anything else for now. There are about 10 separate domains/websites involved. We just have dsl for internet access running behind a router. right now we are hosting remote.

Note that our lan is very basic with a peer to peer setup, we are not logging on to a domain.

How do I set this up? Any comments? Tutes?

tia

If you want to set up your own web server and host your own website, then this is the site for you. -

There are excellent step-by-step articles about everything from obtaining a domain name, choosing a broadband connection, domain name server (DNS), routing, requirements, firewalls, server hardware and software, and troubleshooting.

I second that vote at going to http://www.dslwebserver.com . They have some very good articles on how to setup everything you need.
