networking 2 computers on win xp pro

need help setting up network with two computers both running win xp pro. Mainly for sharing internet connection. Admin. computer had cable modem via USB and #2 computer has Ethernet card. Do I get another ethernet card for admin comp. and then use cat 5e crossover cable to link them together? Not concerned with file sharing or printer sharing?

Yes you need another NIC and a crossover.
