Hihih...first I like to say it's so funny to have you guys participated in my misposting and made it interesting http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif K...my problem really well known but somehow it doesn't work for me. It's the Win2000 and Nvidia card refresh rate. I tried the download fix, I tried the monitor color file, latest Nvidia driver 3.79 for 2000 and I still stuck at 60 hz. One strange thing happened one day is that it does work without the fix during my normal installtion of the monitor color file. I was able to set it to 75 and see all the available rates from my ASUS control panel. This problem is driving me nuts. I have a 6800DDR and Sony E400.

At this point Start from scratch.

Uninstall the Vid card and then reboot. Reinstall the Vid card using the reference drivers (I personally use the 10.80's) and then apply the "patch" and everything is working nicely on 4 of my machine's all with Geforce's and running Win2k and XP for OS'
