I need some help on which shopping cart to use as I decided to scrap the current shopping cart (Problem with browser incompatibility)

1. Runs on IIS
2. Support MsAccess
3. Can be easily Intergrate with PlanetPayment
4. Browser compatible (I.E, Netscape and etc)
5. Able to customize to my site look and feel
6. Web based administration

I am in the process of writing an ASP shopping cart that uses an Access DB. Will be another week or 2 before its done but you can have a copy free if ya want when i finish it. Would appreciate any info you could give me on integrating planet payment(links or sample code). I want to have options to use different methods of payment.
