Hey guys,


Just curious, I have a 13GB and a 30 GB HD. Currently I have the smaller one as the master (since it was there first). Any reason I should rather have the bigger as master. They both run at the same speed (7200rpm)

it's mostly personal choice
my friends go whith the idea that the small HDD should be master coz they put the opperating system and vital program's in that and send game files and other app's on the larger one!!

They're probably about the same performance, What you should do is relocate your swap/pagefile to the second drive.

In the case of the new, huge drives, they have higher areal densities (more sectors per sq. cm) and are very fast because of this.
