TO upgrade or Not to upgrade????

I have a fairly decent computer:

Celeron 500
256 megs of ram
40 gig hd space
Voodoo 3 2000 PCi

I went to bestbuy yesterday, and saw a Geforce 2 mx, for 129.99. My question is should i upgrade my card or my Mobo/cpu??? OR both? I'd be limited to one or the other for a month. (savign to move to a bigger Apartment).

I bet you are not a gaming freak,even if you are, your system is still quite powerfull. If I were you I,d try to tweak my comp first and see whether i really need the upgrade eg.overclock and enhancing your Operating system.People here can help.

Lot of good info there - but do some searching first, then post questions as needed.
