that may not work on your drive though. It didn't work on mine cause mine wasn't one of the models listed and I cannot find anything to change it on their site
There is hope though. If you have an intel chipset, got to www.intel.com and download their Intel Application Accelerator. Install that and you can set the noise management on the fly in windows. I do it all the time, however, i leave it in its quietest mode most of the time as I do not see much performance degredation.
