Does anybody know what are the smart capabilities of the IBM DeskStar 75?

Not exactly sure what the SMART capabilities are of the deskstar HDD's, but there is a great 21-day trial prog for actively monitorinig the SMART technology on your drives. It's quite informative and if your drives performance is actually decreasing, the prog will pick this up and give you an idea of when the drive could fail. http://www.ariolic.com the prog is called Active Smart
