I think I have IRQ problems...some help please?

No USB devices although I might buy a USB joystick shortly. I have no conflicts shown in Device Manager, and all devices run fine. But this just don't look healthy to me!!!

USB and VGA IRQ turned off in BIOS, here are my IRQ's, from Sandra's IRQ module:

I don't see anything majorly wrong and wouldn't worry about it unless there was a conflict. Since IRQ 9 is still open you could move your usb host controllers there. If it works though leave it as is, then you have a free IRQ for something like a NIC card.

there is no problem there everything looks good.

You'll be alright to add things, if you ever had a conflict you could just disable the com 1 port to free one up
