which speakers are best?

Hi i'm thinking of buying some speakers for under $60 which are good. There are so many Idont know which to choose. Bestbuy has some Labtecs on sale for $40. Are they any good?

Speakers tend to be kind of a matter of personal taste - what sounds good to one person might not sound good to someone else. If you see something that interests you, give them a listen - and if you like them, buy them.

That's an altec lansing part number. I like the altecs and cambridge sound. Labtecs have really nice bass, but their midrange(guitar and vocals) really suck ****.
