When I startup I get an error,
"Diskeeper
Unable to load Dll resource"
I disabled Diskeeper in startup to remove this. How can I resolve this problem without removing it from startup?

You didn't happen to fiddle with your msconfig did you? There is a file it needs to load (that doesn't show up in the taskbar), I don't remember what its called though. I uninstalled diskeeper 3 months ago. Too many errors kept showing up after it defrags my drives.

Imperion is talking about DKservice. You can see it when you hit ctr-alt-del.
I dont know why it has to be there.

What's your OS ?
Isn't Diskeeper a Windows NT defrag utility ?
IF the dll isn't loaded, then reinstall the program.

DKservice is only necessary if your going to use Diskeeper.
And what do you mean by replace with another program?
Is there another program that will perform the same function? Can I uninstall this program and not have problems.
