Ive used many Logitech products over the years without problem, had a recent Cordless trackball failure, (scroll wheel "quit") I called them and couldnt produce the #'s off the bottom of the unit due to wear, figured I was screwed, no worrys im told, keep the dud we're sending a new one to ya, KILLER!!! im all happy due to NO hassle---Airborne Express arrives 2 days later---new Cordless trackball PLUS a Wingman Extreme Gamepad for FREE yeehaaah!!! Pretty cool a wild gyroscopic gamepad gratis--- I guess its a 40$ enticement to encourage me to continue buying their products...I cant complain... :-)

Good to hear when companies actually respond and care about their consumers!
And Logitech does have some fine products.

I have a logitech wingman extreme gamepad, its a usb version. I like it quite a bit, the only thing about the sensor is that if your using it to play any game that consists of flying the gamepad has to be level to fly level. But its still a great gamepad, I use it mainly for driving games.
