Auto run in win me

Can anyone tell me how to get auto run to work again in WinME. It seems to have disapeared and the auto insert notification ticks are in the cd-rom folders. I have a cd-r and cd-rom, using nero 5 and winOnCD 3.7.

right click on my computer, properties, device manager, cdrom,properties,settings,
auto insert notification.....

that what you mean??? i dont follow you when you say "ticks are in cdrom folders"

I mean that the 'auto insert notification' is already ticked in the cd-rom properties, but auto play still won't work!
