Here's the problem. Company has about 10 computers, some can get online and some can't. Everyone got to work this morning and started having problems, some got online and then couldn't, now 2 computers can and none of the others can.
Repair man has been working on it about 2 hours and doesn't have a clue.
Anyone have any ideas?

Uninstall any firewall software the computers may be running, also check their IP's

Outline how your LAN is configured (both hardware and topology), and the network software you are using e.g., MS Networking, Novell, etc. There is no way to tell the problem from the details you have provided. Can all the pcs "see" each other on the network? If not, then Wild Assed Guess: your router/hub/switch (whatever it is your are using) is going bad, and ports are failing.

when you say online, did you try both IPs and dns names? it could be a dns problem if you can connect to websites with IPs.
