Does this ring abell in any helpful persons head?
It rings a bell in mine, but I cann't for the life of me recall what to do.
My dad has joust bought a new PC, including a DVD-ROM to replace his old CD-ROM, but the DVD-ROM won't read anything!
I'm at work now, using the cable 'net access to research as much as I can before I go back home to dial-up...and slow help!
Once I get home, expect some more symptoms and a list of components in the PC...
I'm just hoping that someone know's this, I can't think of too many reasons for this to happen.
Cheers,
Pat.
